Job Description:

seeking an energetic and highly motivated Customer Development
Representative. This role plays a pivotal part in sustaining our
commitment to serving businesses of all sizes with personalized
uniform and facility service programs tailored to their specific
needs. As a Customer Development Representative, you will be at the
forefront of expanding our client base and enhancing existing
customer relationships, ensuring that we continue to deliver and
innovate within the uniform and facility services market. Identify
and cultivate new business opportunities through networking,
company leads, and cold calling. Maintain and enhance relationships
with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and increase
sales through cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. Conduct
presentations and meetings with potential and existing clients to
showcase UniFirst’s offerings and the benefits of our custom
services. Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure
seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Achieve and
exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Provide feedback from
customers to relevant departments to aid in product and service
enhancements. Prepare detailed reports on sales activities,
including potential sales and areas of proposed client base
expansion. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both
verbal and written. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals.
Highly effective networking and business development skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team.
Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office. Strong
organizational and time management skills. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Sales certifications
such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or similar are highly
regarded but not mandatory.
