Licensed Insurance Sales Representative Location: WELLSVILLE, NY, 14895 Salary: $15.0 - $20.0/hour Experience: 0 Year(s) Michael Cook - State Farm Agency, located in Wellsville, NY has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Professional. Must have an active Property and Casualty insurance license. 2. Must be able to make the commute to our agency location in Wellsville, NY. This is an in-office position. Responsibilities include but not limited to: - Establish customer relationships and follow up with clients, as needed - Develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients - Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification - Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate clients about insurance options - Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales - Develop ongoing networking relationships - Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day What we provide: - Hourly pay plus Commission - Paid Time Off (6 personal days and 6 holidays) - Additional vacation time negotiable - Valuable experience - Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Requirements: - Insurance Sales Experience/ Property & Casualty and L/H licenses preferred - Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred - Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred - Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening - Self-motivated - Ability to multi-task - Ability to effectively relate to a customer - Property & Casualty license - Life & Health license If you are motivated to succeed and can see yourself in this role, please submit your resume.
