The Housing Stability Coordinator-Domestic Violence position is a Full Time benefit eligible position, Monday – Friday 8:30 am - 5:00pm,occasional nights and weekends at our Oswego office located at 68 W. 1st St. with travel throughout assigned portfolio. Salary range is $25-$28/hr. This role involves conducting trauma-informed assessments, developing individualized service plans, and delivering ongoing case management and advocacy to increase self-sufficiency and promote independent living. The Housing Stability Coordinator conducts safety planning, crisis intervention, and referrals to community-based resources. The overall goal is to support new or existing residents in securing and maintaining safe, quality, affordable housing and fostering a supportive environment which reflects the mission, vision, and values of Housing Visions.
