Differential: $1.00 pay differential for night shift; $1.00 pay differential weekend shifts! Responsibilities Provides hands-on assistance, instruction, and training to individuals which will enable them to develop and/or acquire skills in various aspects of daily living which may include communication, social, recreational, and leisure activities, self or personal care, household management, travel, work-related or vocational opportunities, money management, etc. in accordance with an individualized plan of service, and following all safety considerations. Provides training opportunities designed to enhance each person's self-sufficiency in the areas of independent living Promotes agency mission, vision, and values.
