Job Description:
Constellation, a leading energy company, is seeking a seasoned
Sr RX Services Specialist to join our dynamic team. This pivotal
role focuses on the reliable operation of our energy production
facilities with a concentration on radiological protection and
safety. You will oversee regulatory compliance aspects, implement
rigorous safety protocols, and lead radiological service operations
across our national sites. Your expert knowledge in radiological
procedures and commitment to environmental stewardship will ensure
the safety and efficiency of our operations in alignment with
industry standards and regulatory requirements. Develop, implement,
and monitor radiological safety protocols and procedures to ensure
compliance with federal and state regulations. Lead safety audits
and inspections related to radiological aspects while driving
continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct and lead training
programs on radiological safety for new hires and existing staff to
enhance safety awareness and competencies. Manage and assess the
performance of radiological equipment and systems, ensuring
operational effectiveness and safety. Collaborate with engineering,
maintenance, and environmental teams to incorporate radiological
protection measures in project planning and execution. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations related to
radiological services and ensure all operational activities are
compliant. Advanced knowledge of radiological regulations and
protocols. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of
conducting risk assessments. Effective leadership skills, with
experience in managing teams and training programs. Excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written, able to convey
complex safety topics in a clear manner. Proficient in utilizing
radiological safety equipment and relevant software tools for
monitoring and reporting. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance 401k Certified Health Physicist (CHP) preferred. Relevant
certifications in radiological safety and compliance.
