Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking a Manager of Account Management to
lead our dynamic account management team within the financial
services sector. This role is pivotal in maintaining and expanding
our customer relationships, ensuring the delivery of innovative
payment solutions globally. The successful candidate will be
responsible for overseeing account management operations, driving
client retention, and maximizing customer satisfaction and revenue
growth. Develop and implement account management strategies to
maintain and grow customer relationships. Lead, mentor, and oversee
a team of account managers, setting performance targets and
conducting regular reviews. Ensure high levels of customer
satisfaction through excellent service and the delivery of
customized solutions. Coordinate with internal teams to advocate
for customer needs and streamline service delivery. Prepare
detailed reports on account status, and forecast future growth
opportunities. Manage client issues and escalations, providing
solutions that align with company policies and customer
satisfaction goals. Engage in key negotiations and support
significant contract renewals. Strong leadership and team
management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage large, complex client portfolios Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM software
and account management systems Solid understanding of financial
services and payment solutions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Certified Client Relationship Manager (CCRM)
desired Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a
plus
