Job Description:
Global Payments Inc. seeks a dynamic Dealer Business Development
Manager to leverage our state-of-the-art payment technology and
software solutions in expanding our dealer network. As a key member
of our sales team, you will have the mandate to enhance our market
presence and directly contribute to our global growth strategy.
This role demands deep industry knowledge, exceptional networking
skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development
within the financial services sector. Develop strategies to recruit
new dealers and strengthen existing relationships within the
financial services dealer network. Understand and fulfill dealer
needs with tailored payment solutions to improve their business
operations. Organize and execute sales presentations and meetings
to promote company offerings. Monitor market trends and competitor
activities to adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with
internal teams such as marketing and product development to
optimize offerings and ensure dealer satisfaction. Meet and exceed
set performance targets in terms of revenue generation and network
expansion. Provide ongoing support and after-sales service to
ensure dealer loyalty and sustained business. Strong knowledge of
payment processing and financial services industry. Excellent
sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in CRM
software and Microsoft Office. Ability to analyze financial data
and market trends. Strong organizational and leadership skills.

401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred.
Any additional certification related to payment technology or
financial services is a plus.
