You will generate leads, qualify prospects, and create sales opportunities while building deep industryexpertisethat allows you to speak confidently to clients, influence decisions, and help grow our market presence. Key Responsibilities Identifyand research potential clients in target industries. Conduct high-volume outbound callsandemail. Qualifyinginbound leads fromevents andmarketing campaigns. MaintainaccurateCRM records of all sales activities. Participate in product demonstrations, pilot training sessions, and customer visits to learn firsthand about our offerings. Work with the marketing team to share industry trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback. Collaborate daily with the sales, operations, and technical teams to accelerate industry knowledge. Qualifications Proven experience in lead generation or sales. Strong communicationand interpersonal skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated, with a collaborative approach. Associate'sdegreeor currently enrolledin Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Experience in the drone or technology industry is a plus. 2-3years of BDR experience. Willingness to travel across the US (travel to clients, trade shows and events, and Syracuse, NY HQ) Hours of Work, Work Environment and Potential Travel Standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid position, requiring four days in-office and one remote day per week. This role may require approximately 10%15% travel. Local candidates only - within commuting distance of our Syracuse, NY office. Occasional flexibility may be required to support client meetings across different time zones, sales targets, pipeline development activities, and company events.
