Job Description:
UniFirst Corporation, a leader in the provision of workplace
uniforms and protective work wear in North America and Europe, is
seeking a dynamic and driven Territory Representative to join our
Sales & Business Development team. In this role, you will be
pivotal in expanding our market share and enhancing our service
offerings to a diverse clientele ranging from small businesses to
large enterprises. Your primary focus will be to manage and grow
your sales territory through strategic client engagement and
value-driven sales initiatives, intertwining our tailor-made
uniform and facility service programs to meet the evolving needs of
businesses. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve
sales targets and expand our customer base. Build and maintain
strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing superior
service and support. Partner with customers to understand their
business needs and objectives, effectively communicating how our
solutions align with their long-term goals. Conduct presentations
and product demonstrations to illustrate the benefits and quality
of our customized offerings. Negotiate contract terms with clients
and communicate terms to stakeholders. Utilize CRM systems to
ensure efficient sales management and record keeping. Regularly
report on territory sales performance and strategic plan
fulfillment to senior management. Stay current with industry
trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions, adjusting
sales strategies accordingly. Strong interpersonal and
communication skills Proven ability to drive the sales process from
plan to close Strong business acumen with a problem-solving
attitude Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office suites
Ability to work independently and navigate customer issues
