Job Description:

uniforms and protective workwear, is seeking a motivated Client
Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This
role is pivotal in driving the growth of our client base across the
United States, Europe, and Canada, offering tailored uniform and
facility service programs to businesses of all sizes. The ideal
candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a
robust ability to generate new business opportunities and forge
strong relationships with clients. Identify and target potential
new clients within assigned territories, effectively communicating
the value and benefits of UniFirst’s services. Maintain and
strengthen relationships with existing customers, ensuring their
satisfaction and retention through regular contact and
problem-solving. Develop and execute strategies for lead
generation, sales presentations, and closing deals. Work
collaboratively with the service teams to understand and meet
clients’ service needs and expectations. Stay updated with industry
trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Participate in sales meetings, workshops, and training sessions to
continuously improve sales techniques and enhance product
knowledge. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as established
by sales management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proven ability to persuade and influence others Excellent
negotiating skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and work
under pressure Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
