and our Company.SUMMARY AND PURPOSEThe Aftermarket Inside Sales is
responsible for acting as the liaison between the company and its
customers. Providing assistance to, information, and support to
ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and
problem-solving. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAnswering Inquiries-
Responding to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, or
in person. Problem Solving- Identifying and resolving customer
issues, and complaints efficiently and effectively. Quoting parts
and processing orders.Updating orders and customers with updated
shipping dates from vendors.Maintaining an accurate customer list
with good contacts. Customer Satisfaction- Ensuring positive
customer experience and striving for high levels of customer
satisfaction. Upselling/Cross-selling- Identifying opportunities to
upsell or cross-sell products and services. Managing RMA's and
their dispositions.Managing Warranty claims and their disposition.
With procurement to support slow-moving inventory
initiativesSourcing prices and lead times from VendorsManage
on-boarding for HUB OEM Initiative. (On-line parts ordering
portal)Other tasks as assigned by Manager.PROFESSIONAL
QUALIFICATIONSEducation:Associate's in business administration
degree is preferred, or equivalent with 3-5 years relevant
experience in office administration.Experience:Knowledge of MS
Dynamics Field Service Module or similar platform a
plus.Familiarity with standard IT Tools (Windows, MS Office,
SAP/Concur).Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, cross
functional team environment.2 years Sales
experienceSkills:Excellent communication skills, including conflict
management and managing through influence.Strong attention to
detail while multi-tasking to achieve quality and timely
completions of tasks.A results-oriented attitude coupled with a
strong sense of
