Responsibilities:
--- Create and maintain relationships with clients to ensure they
are satisfied with the services being provided.
--- Utilize expert market knowledge, strong negotiation skills and
exceptional customer service to secure the best outcomes for
clients.
--- Develop a network of contacts through consistent prospecting
and marketing efforts in order to attract new customers.
--- Participate in team-oriented activities, such as group training
sessions or seminars, in order to expand industry knowledge.
--- Communicate effectively and concisely when interacting with
prospects or existing clients to build trusting relationships.
--- Follow up on opportunities in order to increase sales and grow
the business.
--- Create opportunity by nurturing contacts, developing a client
base and consistently prospecting for new customers.
--- Remain accountable for daily prospecting efforts in order to
achieve success in the real estate industry. Pursue continuous
improvement of skills and knowledge base through research, reading
materials and attending workshops or conferences.
--- Maintain a disciplined approach to daily routines so that goals
can be achieved efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications:
--- You should be able to work with a team and understand that you
will need to help yourself if you want to grow professionally.
--- You need to have a strong work ethic, be passionate about
helping others, and be able to think ahead.
--- It is also helpful if you are already familiar with the local
area real estate market and have excellent communication
skills.
--- If you become certified, you should also be able to lead and
teach others.
--- Finally, it is important that you are able to set both
short-term and long-term goals.
