Job DescriptionSweeteners PlusCustomer Service RepresentativeThe
Customer Service role is responsible for interfacing with customers
on a daily basis. The Customer Service role will properly maintain
necessary paperwork relating to customer orders, customer questions
and complaints and providing courteous and efficient customer
service to all internal and external customers.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately process customer orders and change requests
- Proactively track order status and notify customer of
delays
- Provide strong communication with internal and external
customers, order management area, Finance and colleagues from other
parts of the business on a daily basis in person, via phone and
email to ensure customers' expectations are met
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
- Become very knowledgeable about our products to provide
appropriate feedback to internal and external customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer
support
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions,
comments, and complaints
- Additional responsibilities to support other activities
Education and Experience
- High School or GED required
- 3+ years' experience in administrative/customer service
roles
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills
- Highly detail oriented and process driven; assessing data will
be central to the role
- Strong communication skills- both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, team player. Ability to effectively handle
multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Continuous improvement mindset and ability to help improve
processes is required. Relocation assistance is not available with
