Responsibilities

• Oversee work is completed in accordance with contract documents
• Provide ongoing involvement with the REI team, on-site managers, design consultants and construction teams
• Prepare RFIs, Submittals and review Shop Drawings.
• Manage Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) Contractor Coordination on-Site
• Manage Owner Request Changes
• Assist Project Manager / RPR with Design & Construction Pay Application Review
• Review MEP Change Orgers
• Review work quality and punch lists / commissioning reports

  • Minimum of 5-10 years of successful construction management experience in general building construction or MEP systems construction for public building facilities
  • Ability to interface with client/owner to understand their needs and project scopes as well as coordinating end-users
