information in support of University missions.**Summary of
Role:**The University of Rochester is recruiting a Lead
Analyst/Programmer. This person will provide technical expertise in
the ongoing application administration and design, development,
configuration, testing, implementation, maintenance, security, and
delivery of the OnBase Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
solutions for the University.**Primary Responsibilities:**15% -
Provide consultation to the user community with an objective of
understanding and documenting university business processes and
requirements. Perform analysis activities to create or participate
in the creation of functional specifications.15% - Independently
model, create and implement solution-level designs (use cases,
workflows, program flows, logic, file/database changes, etc) based
on functional specifications.15% - Plan and lead projects,
including software upgrades, developing project plans and
estimates. May coordinate the work of other support/development
resources. May evaluate and recommend testing and evaluation of new
procedures and software. Will create procedures and maintain the
overall ECM solution, including ECM contained documents and
programs.10% - Will ensure overall security of the system,
documents and user access.10% - Lead the design, development,
testing and implementation of data conversion, system to system
interfaces, programs, enhancements, customizations, and user
interfaces.10% - Participate in the configuration and testing,
including business rules, security and data validation rules.
Execute unit tests. Work closely with application testers and user
community on the preparation of test plans, test data, and
integrated unit testing.10% - Maintain a broad knowledge of
technology, equipment, and/or systems. Perform miscellaneous
job-related duties as assigned. Maintain a broad knowledge of the
latest functionality associated with cloud-based applications, best
practices, and trends of cloud computing.10% - Provide end user
training and Oncall support. Skilled in correcting (and training
for) technical problems that impact system/application performance.
Take a lead role in troubleshooting and remediation of issues,
including aiding in coordination of support from third party
vendors and software companies; recommend assignment of tasks as
needed. Develop training materials and presentation materials for
new clients.5% - Prepare necessary paperwork and documentation to
ensure conformance to departmental/corporate standards and
procedures.**Required Business Skills:**+ Excellent verbal and
written communications skills+ Ability to learn new technologies
quickly+ Ability to handle and lead multiple tasks at one time and
meet required deadlines+ Ability to actively participate and lead a
team+ Ability to translate business needs into solution
requirements**Required Technical Skills:**+ Experience supporting
an OnBase ECM solution.+ Experience using applications running in a
Windows Server environment.+ Experience using Microsoft Offfice
(Project, PowerPoint Word, Excel, Visio)+ Ability to provide
on-call support as required**Qualifications:**Bachelor's degree in
a related discipline such as Computer Science, Information
Technology, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Science or
Engineering, and 4 - 5 years of related experience, preferably 2-3
years in a supervisory capacity; or an equivalent combination of
education and experience. Master's degree preferred.**NOTE:**
