SUMMARY The Annual Giving Coordinator plays a critical role in
advancing Foodlink’s fundraising efforts by supporting the
execution of the annual fund while ensuring accurate gift
processing, strong donor stewardship, and reliable fundraising
operations. This role blends annual fund coordination, donor
stewardship, and development operations into one integrated
position, supporting donors throughout the full giving
lifecycle—from gift receipt to meaningful acknowledgment and
ongoing engagement. This is a highly operational, detail-oriented
role that executes strategy developed by department leadership and
ensures donors experience timely, accurate, and donor-centered
engagement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Annual Fund Coordination & Support
(25–30%) Support execution of direct mail, email, and digital
annual fund appeals Draft and coordinate annual fund direct mail
pieces, including appeal letters, reply devices, and donor-centered
messaging, in collaboration with the Development & Marketing team
Write and coordinate content for the annual donor newsletter and
other annual fund-related print and digital communications Assist
with Giving Days, year-end fundraising, and recurring giving
efforts Pull lists, segment donors, and track campaign performance
in CRM Maintain annual fund calendars, campaign timelines, and
internal deadlines Generate impact reports and funding requests for
individual annual donors under $5,000 Support mid-level and
leadership annual giving programs in partnership with department
leadership Donor Stewardship & Acknowledgments (30–35%) Coordinates
thank-you letters, emails, impact communications, and recognition
lists Support donor recognition efforts including annual reports
and leadership giving societies Respond to donor inquiries related
to gifts, acknowledgments, and recognition Assist with preparation
and follow-up for donor meetings, tours, and engagement activities
Support donor stewardship events (e.g., donor briefings,
cultivation gatherings, tours, and recognition events) by managing
guest lists, RSVP tracking, materials, and post-event follow-up
Coordinate stewardship-related logistics and communications for
events in partnership with Development and Events staff, ensuring
timely acknowledgment and donor follow-through Gift Processing &
Development Operations (30–40%) Manage all gift processing and data
entry including online, mail, event, workplace giving, stock, and
matching gifts Support digital fundraising tactics and serve as
lead expert in digital fundraising platforms (online giving,
peer-to-peer fundraisers, email solicitation, etc.) Ensure
accuracy, coding, and compliance with IRS and organizational
policies Generate and distribute tax receipts, acknowledgments, and
pledge reminders Maintain donor records, pledges, soft credits
within the CRM Serve as backup support for high-volume gift entry
as needed Support audits, compliance documentation, and data
integrity standards Other responsibilities Document donor
interactions and outreach activity in CRM Collaborate closely with
Marketing, Operations and Finance departments Support events,
follow-up, and stewardship coordination Complete additional duties
as assigned by the Director of Donor Relations and the Chief
Development Officer Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree
or equivalent experience 1–3 years of nonprofit development or
fundraising experience Experience with gift processing and donor
databases (e.g., FundraiseUp, Raiser’s Edge, DonorPerfect, or
similar) High attention to detail with a deadline-driven, organized
work style Ability to manage multiple priorities across fundraising
functions Strong written and verbal communication skills for
donor-facing materials Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and email
marketing platforms (e.g. Constant Contact, Mailchimp or similar)
Comfort working collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven
environment Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend

color. SALARY AND BENEFITS This is a full time, year-round
position, paid $19.91-$22.50 per hour based on experience. Foodlink
covers 100% of individual health and dental insurance with the
ability to acquire family coverage with pretax dollars. In addition
to generous paid time off (PTO), we observe 14 paid holidays
throughout the year. Opportunity to contribute to a 401k retirement
savings plan upon hire. Eligible for generous employer match after
