*Overview*We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical imaging services to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This position requires proficiency in various imaging techniques and a commitment to patient care within a fast-paced environment.*Responsibilities** Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and sonography, ensuring high-quality images for accurate evaluations.* Collaborate with physicians to determine the appropriate imaging techniques based on patient needs.* Maintain patient safety by adhering to aseptic techniques and following established protocols.* Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns they may have.* Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and reporting any malfunctions.* Assist in emergency medicine situations as required, providing timely imaging support in urgent care settings.* Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.* Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technologies.*Requirements** Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or equivalent.* A.A.S. in Radiologic Technology or equivalent* One (1) year CT/MRI experience as a radiologic technologist required* Experience or knowledge in nuclear medicine, CT, sonography, diagnostic evaluation, and diagnostic radiology is preferred.* Strong understanding of aseptic technique and emergency medicine protocols.* Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.* Commitment to providing compassionate patient care.Join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional healthcare services through your expertise as a Radiologic Technologist.
