As a key member of the Consumer Marketing Technology team, you'll
play a critical role in shaping the next generation of digital
advertising and marketing solutions delivered by Constellation
Brands. You will be responsible for the Strategy, Architecture,
Development, and delivery for key data projects to drive the
execution of our marketing and direct to marketing strategy. The
Solutions Architect maintains an overarching view of the entire
Marketing domain with a keen understanding of its capabilities and
opportunities. This position will be partnering and collaborating
with business stakeholders and end users of the Consumer Data
Platforms (CDP)/Consumer Relationship Management (CRM) to drive and
support all marketing platform solutions. You play a leading role
in driving business value outcomes in collaboration with product
teams, maintain an understanding of current and emerging technology
trends, and enforce the enterprise standards for leveraging
innovations in technology frameworks and best practices.
Responsibilities:
o Responsible for the design and development of MarTech information
technology architecture for all the platform users.
o Serves as a technical expert on solutions design, development,
and implementation requirements to address business needs.
o Analyzes the functionality and constraints of recommended
solution/changes across multiple systems/platforms/applications
used in the MarTech ecosystem.
o Ensures compatibility, interoperability, stability, and usability
of solution architecture. Requires broad and deep technical
knowledge and experience across varying infrastructure
requirements, development, design, and re-engineering.
- Work with data and analytics specific architects to design
complex cross-channel solutions that involve the integration of
various Marketing Technology platforms (Digital Messaging/Campaign
Management, Database, CMS, Web Analytics, Decisioning,
Personalization, Identity Management, CDP, eCommerce, and Business
Intelligence platforms, Loyalty Platforms, Preference Centers,
Customer Lookup Applications, and vendors/application).
- Lead technology conversations with Senior Management, domain
partners, stakeholders to present innovative tech strategies
including new technology adoption, upgrades of existing technology
tools to improve overall operational efficiencies.
- As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible to define &
maintain MarTech solution architecture, technical roadmap in
alignment with our product, marketing strategy and direct to
consumer teams.
- Conduct ongoing market research on latest trends and researching
new vendors to expand capabilities across MarTech and adjacent
technologies
- Responsible for providing solutions for digital experience
initiatives through emerging technologies. This will involve
working with application/development teams to define solutions in
eCommerce, web analytics, search engine, digital asset management,
digital events, and social media integration.
- Provide technical leadership for large-scale development
programs, build new architecture solutions, provide support for our
ongoing digital marketing programs, and play a vital role in
architecting customer-facing web solutions
- Work closely with internal marketing team and their external
agencies on an ongoing basis to ensure that capabilities are
available in step with their requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience with technologies and processes for marketing,
personalization, data orchestration and integration
- Strong knowledge of vendor marketplace including cloud platforms,
MarTech and integration platform providers
- Be an expert in a customer data platforms (CDP) like Treasure
Data, customer relationship management (CRM) like Salesforce and
the modern data infrastructure
- Experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, Google
Cloud or similar
- Experience working with data warehouse solutions like Snowflake,
Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery or similar
- Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics and
marketing automation tools.
- Expertise in core web technologies including Java/J2EE, XML,
HTML5, DHTML, CSS, client/server-side-scripting languages such as
JavaScript, Python
- Knowledge of REST APIs, API security, OAuth, SAML, OpenID, SSO,
JWT, microservices architecture and implementation
- Experience working digital asset management system.
- Experience in working with Agile and Lean methodologies.
- Ability to understand and draw out key themes and trends from
analysis of customer and market data.
- Ability to work creatively under pressures to manage time, scope,
and expectations.
- Ability to make decisions at a fast pace and take ownership of
the decisions.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a
matrixed organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to coach, guide and develop team members with strong team
collaboration skills.
- Able to provide constructive feedback and creative a positive
working/learning environment for the team members.
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems or computer
science or related field with relevant work experience.
- Overall 12+ years of industry experience with focus in designing
and developing complex, high-quality enterprise solutions
- 7+ years of experience architecting and building data
pipelines
- 5+ years of experience in Mar-Tech, Ad-Tech, CDP, DMP, secure,
personalized web platform architecture
- 5+ years of experience in AWS or other Cloud platforms such as
Azure or GCP.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud data warehouses and databases,
Snowflake is preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with Agile SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD
Pipeline.
- Experience working in high-tech, CPG or retail where there is a
multi-tier distribution model is preferred

The salary range for this role is:
$127,300.00 - $275,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we
would pay for this role at the time of this posting. - We may
ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range
may be modified in the future. An employee's pay position within
the salary range will be based on several factors including, but
limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications,
experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance,
shift, travel requirements, sales or re
venue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and
business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of
