SUMMARYAs a Senior System Engineer, your superior computer knowledge and excellent customer service greatly assists you in architecting, designing and evaluating hardware and software server solutions for departmental needs.STATUS: Full Time LOCATION: Riedman CampusDEPARTMENT: Information Technology SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday DaysATTRIBUTES

Minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of previous computer server experience, including Windows Server Operating Systems and Storage Management
Strong analytical, computer and communication skills
Superior leadership and interpersonal skillsRESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshooting & Customer Support. Provide complex server engineering support for Information Services & Technology customers; provide server technical expertise on infrastructure projects or projects requested by the customer community
- Design & Implementation. Architect and design fail-safe storage solutions to accommodate the Rochester Regional Health server systems, as observed by the manager; perform strategic planning and development; perform system maintenance and performance
- Professional Development. Maintain a high degree of server engineering knowledge and overall computer expertise
