Executive Description Greenlight Networks, the ultra-high-speed,
broadband service provider is actively recruiting for a Chief of
Staff to join our executive team as we continue to expand our
footprint and market share. This newly created role will provide
organizational support for critical business initiatives,
coordinating the efforts across the organization to achieve company
goals.Primary Responsibilities
- Support strategic business initiatives by aligning group goals
to overall company strategy; work with management leading cross
functional teams to drive results, tracking progress against
goals.
- Provide input into operating policies and procedures to improve
effectiveness, mitigate risk and accelerate speed of decision
making, engaging in collaborative problem solving and making
recommendations to senior leadership.
- Facilitate management / leadership meetings evaluating timing,
topics, and tracking action items, making recommendations on
improvements and use of time to maximize efficiencies and achieve
best outcomes.
- Manage board related action items and communication;
coordination of meetings, correspondence, and presentation decks,
tracking action items and commitments - act as proxy as needed for
CEO managing any board related business.
- Act as lead for company events internally and externally,
responsible for overall execution and success including managing
budget, event selection, key deadlines and deliverables relates to
success of event(s)
- Provide ad hoc support in M&A activities, including market
research, due diligence and analysis work as directed.
- Work under direction of CEO as needed to manage other ad hoc
administrative requirements to drive results of business, including
managing logistics of daily work including presentations,
interactions, and meeting scheduling. - Position Requirements

recommendations for change and new initiatives.

create clear executive and board level material, synthesize and
summarize complicated content and convey a compelling
narrative.
- Strong KPI and business prcess improvement acumen.
- Detail oriented, coupled with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to self-check own work with attention to accuracy;
innate big picture sensibility when required.
- Experience in organizing and directing multiple teams and
departments.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives;
proven self-starter and finisher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all
levels of an organization as well as externally.
- Versatile abilities and extreme dedication to efficient
productivity.
- Ability to work with technical information.
- Highest ethical and professional conduc- Confidentiality and
business maturity, ability to deal with highly sensitive
information and manage accordinglyEducation and Experience
- 10+ years of experience in a leadership role working at an
executive level.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business
administration or similar field, MBA desirable.
- Prior experience working with company board's directors and
executives.
- Experience in data analysis and budget management.
- Industry knowledge in telecommunications or technology
- Prior M&A and PE experience a plus.
- Project management experience.
- Experience with negotiating and integrating acquisitions and
creating partnership arrangements a plus.
- High proficiency in MS office product suite (Power Point,
