Job Description
- Ensure all data is entered into our systems accurately,
completely, and quickly.
- Respond to all employee and HR inquiries (received by phone,
postal mail, email, or via JIRA action tracking tool) in a
professional, courteous, timely and efficient manner on an array of
topics.
- Attend to multiple priorities efficiently without sacrificing
work quality - General HR knowledge is key in this role.
- Contribute effectively and positively to establishing work
procedures and to continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate positively with all HR to develop new and improve
existing HR work processes and procedures - your input toward
improving our internal processes is valuable.
- Process new hire packets and related onboarding paperwork.
- Perform internal data quality audits and reviews in support of
department quality program.
- Assist with and support region-wide HR projects across Payroll,
HR, Benefits, HRIS, and Compensation as directed.
- Analyze data and present findings in a clear, meaningful manner
to a variety of audiences.
- Act as the primary owner or subject matter expert (SME) for one
or more assigned areas.
- Lead short-term start-up or process-improvement projects as
assigned.
- Run periodic reports from various systems to provide key data
to authorized stakeholders. Qualifications
- Associates Degree or equivalent coursework required.
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline preferred.
- 2 to 3 years' experience in an HR capacity desired, relevant
experience includes HRIS and payroll systems
- management, experience with PeopleSoft or similar HRIS system.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Office 365
Pro).
- Experience interacting with all levels of an organization.
