Job Summary:
The Program Administrator is responsible for maintaining the ISO AS9100 program and supplier management systems.

Job Requirements:

• 
  
• Provide monthly internal audits on closed jobs, check completion of open jobs and in-process inspection documents
  
• Prepare monthly quality management review data
  
• Maintain the AS9100 program, documents any required changes and document control requirements, as needed
  
• Provide support to supplier management system
  
• Set up NDA's, supplier KPI reporting, questionnaires, supplier cards to record and maintain supplier retention
  
  Job Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • H.S. Diploma, required
    
  • 5+ years of experience in inspecting precision machined metal parts, required
    
  • MS Office Suite Software experience, required
    
  • Prior experience in ISO Manufacturing environments and AS9100, required
    
  • Experience in CMM programming for precision machined parts using PC-DMIS, desired
    
  • Ability to use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers and gages.
    
  • Ability to read drawings and blueprints and be familiar with common machine tools.
    
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
