Destination Monro! - Your career is here.Senior Integrations DeveloperThe Senior Integrations Developer works closely with various lines of business to understand business requirements, Design Integration Solutions and develop Integration Solutions to align with business requirements. This position is involved in enterprise-wide projects to drive innovation and establish best practices, standards and metrics for Integration technologies such as Talend and Kong API use.Essential Functions:+ Provide Integration Architecture and Integration solution for several Monro Initiatives including Payroll, HCM, Finance, Warehouse Management Systems, Point of Sale Applications+ Develop Reusable Integration of Batch and Real-time+ Ensure all the Integrations are designed for scalability, reliability and somewhat flexible for future business process changes+ Conduct hands on POC with the .NET, API and Cloud technologies to ensure right technologies are used for the business problems+ Design and develop software using .Net, Rest API, Java, AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, SQL Stored procedures, etc.+ Understand the current legacy applications and provide the solutions for future that are supportable+ Ensure all the applications adhere to PCI, Data Privacy and SOX compliance+ Conduct design reviews of all active projects to ensure all the applications are being designed for the Architectural guidelines+ Work closely with business leaders to elicit business objectives and provide best solutions utilizing strong team collaboration across Business / IT / 3rd Party PartnersPerform other duties as assigned.Management Responsibility:The Senior Integrations Developer Manager will help guide Integration & Application developers as well as the support teams. Team will consist of onshore and offshore teamsEducation and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field with a minimum of 5 years IT application full stack development experience, and 2 years API integration experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experienceMaster's degree preferred, Cloud certification a plusKnowledge & Skills:+ Possess a thorough understanding of solution design/implementation which include:+ API Gateway technologies+ Development of REST API using JSON and XML formats+ AWS Data Lake Technologies (RDS/S3Redshift/Glue/Aurora/etc.)+ Data Delivery/Analytics, Data Modeling & ETL Tools (Talend/AWS Glue/SSIS)+ SQL Server and SQL Stored Procedures+ Architectural patterns using Cloud and OnPrem technologies+ .NET development and Java+ Data Warehouse methodologies+ Relational & Dimensional Design concepts+ Working knowledge of AS400, HCM, JDA, and Payroll systems a plus+ Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills+ Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and change focus quickly to meet business needs+ Ability to take initiative in problem solving and recommend technological best practices+ Proven experience integrating with multiple disparate technologies+ Excellent analytical and strategic conceptual thinking skillsWork Environment & Physical Requirements:This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, scanners and fax machines.
