We are seeking a self-motivated team player that possesses highly
technical and excellent people skills. This role will not be
hands-on development but must have a prior development background.
The individual must have an advanced understanding of:
- Composable Enterprise Architecture & API's and how to use it
towards digital transformation
- Technical architecture in the development of highly scalable
components, redundant and fault tolerant systems
- Enterprise Security, Best Practices and Secure Coding
Practices
- IT Governance
- Security Framework and Compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR) As an
architect you will work directly with our platform and product
teams on multiple engagements to provide technical leadership and
guidance. Strong candidates will have development and operational
experience at large scale and a solid understanding of cloud
computing and technology systems. Evaluate architectural options,
define overall architecture of our systems, and develop system
documentation according to SAFe Agile principles and industry
standards. Promote best practices and patterns in software
development. Interface with Product Managers and IT stakeholders at
the project level providing architectural oversight and technical
consulting support on either vendor or internal applications and
interfaces. Drive engagement with Enterprise Architecture, IT
Security, Infrastructure and Product teams to ensure secure
development and deployment of solutions. Conduct industry research,
facilitates new product and vendor evaluations, and assists in
vendor selection. Mentor and coach other members of the engineering
teams, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group,
developers, project managers, business analysts, user support
specialist and subject matter experts. Maintain confidentiality and
adhere to regulatory compliance issues as they exist and change

our customers! Minimum Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering,
information-technology, or equivalent field
- Cloud Architect Certification (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a
significant plus
- SAFe certification or training is a plus
- TOGAF certification is a plus Minimum Experience:
- 7-10 years in an IT centric role including
- 3+ years as a solution architect / software technical lead or
directing teams in a fast-paced environment

- 2+ years' Microsoft Azure Cloud, infrastructure, and networking
experience
- Experience with software frameworks such as Microsoft Azure
cloud, Microsoft .NET, Container management etc.
- Must have a development background
- Extensive experience of "owning" the design of a major/large
component of an application, system, or software architecture
- Proven experience in delivering effective technical
architecture strategies Skills:
- Mastery of Azure Cloud concepts and up-to-date knowledge of
Microsoft technology / products
- Microsoft C#, .Net Core/Standard/Framework
- Azure Functions
- Azure Service / Event Bus
- Azure SQL Server and Azure Data Technologies
- MS SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS, Power Platform
- Azure DevOps / Azure Pipelines and Automation
- Microsoft Azure CLI, PowerShell
- Enterprise grade IAM - Azure AD B2C
- Microsoft Visio or experience with UML / DFD tools
- Expertise in API development, SOA, REST, JSON GraphQL, OData,
Messaging and Event-oriented paradigms
- Extensive knowledge of Distributed Architecture and Design
Patterns & Principles, Web & API standards / concepts, coding best
practices and end-to-end software development life cycle
- Expertise in Web-based technologies (ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript,
CSS, etc.) C#, .Net Core, ASP.Net MVC, JavaScript, NodeJS, jQuery,
CSS, Bootstrap, Python
- Experience in transforming monolithic applications into
microservice and container-based applications
- Strong understanding of Architecture Patterns, Design
documentation and Diagraming
- Ability to articulate new ideas and concepts to technical and
nontechnical audiences
- Self-motivated and ability to work in teams and individually
when needed
- Strong interpersonal/soft skills, including expressive verbal
and written communication skills for presenting complex information
to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced skills and experience in application lifecycle
management, agile development methods and software planning
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and
effectively
- Monitor, mentor, and lead team members to overcome roadblocks
and challenges Additional Skills:
- Experience working in a Healthcare industry is a plus
- Mobile cross platform development experience using Xamarin is a
plus
- Experience in using SAST, DAST and IAST tools (Veracode,
SonarCloud, SonarQube, etc.) is a plus
- Experience in using APM tools (AppDynamics, DataDog, New Relic,
etc.) is a plus
- Experience with UI frameworks like Angular and React is a
plus
- Experience with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB, MongoDB etc.,
is a plus
- Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes is a plus
