Nesco Resource is seeking a Recovery Representative to assist our client's Rochester, NY office!Pay Rate: $20-$24/hrContract Length: 12 monthsJob Summary:

• Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of past due invoices
• Provides quality customer service to internal/external customers while mitigating risk to the company
• Educates clients branches product areas on the resolution process and addresses billing disputesSpecific Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains basic knowledge of products including but not limited to Payroll and Human Resource Services and their corresponding systems to accurately make decisions on the revenue received from the products
  • Fields and resolves billing and service concerns from clients and external partners
  • Handles client disputes through the help of a mentor and available resources managing the receivable to completion to recover as much lost revenue as possible using established standards and guidelines
  • Handles past due and return resolution and inbound/outbound phone requirements to meet forecasted phone volumes
  • Maintains daily call requirements based on departmental standards
  • Handles daily payroll holds to ensure timeliness of client contact when past due balances are present for those looking to process payrollQualifications/Requirements:
    • High School diploma and a minimum of 4 years experience in customer service finance accounting or payroll required
    • Consideration may be given to a candidate with a degree in lieu of experience
    • Strong organization and decision-making skills required
