inbound calls in a timely manner while attempting to assist with a
resolution of the caller's tax issue* Leverage communication with
customers regarding different tax related matters, while utilizing
established business rules* Identify customers' needs, educate
customer, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or
alternatives* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
by going the extra mile* Actively documenting discussions of call
and leverage internal tools for next level resolution needs*
Ability to work in a structured, fast paced environment* Meet
personal/team production metrics and quality targetsJob
Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma
or equivalent is acceptable* 2+ Years previous experience in a
customer support role preferred but not required* Track record of
over-achieving quotas while completing tasks within guidelines*
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active
listening* Strong MS Office skill/computer literacy and typing
ability of 35wpm* Customer focus and adaptability to different
personality types* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage
time effectively* Advances problem-solving skills while remaining
flexible when adapting to change* Ability to be comfortable sitting
for long periods of time while wearing a headset most of a work
