St. Ann's Community is looking for an experienced Talent
Acquisition Assistant for the Human Resources Department of the St.
Ann's Home located on the Portland Campus. The primary purpose of
this position is to assist the HR Recruitment team with all aspects
of recruiting functions.

Job Description:
Be familiar with the St. Ann's Strategic Plan.
Adhere to St. Ann's Community shared values and quality
philosophies.
Be knowledgeable of the health care community in Rochester, New
York and familiar with national trends in the industry.
Strive to acquire new competencies and enhance existing ones.
Be familiar with all regulatory aspects of the functions you have
been assigned.
Owns the full-cycle talent acquisition process for St. Ann's
Community
Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent
to open positions, creating a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Develop and execute recruitment strategy by sourcing passive
candidates
Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open
roles
Plan, manage, and attend both internal and external networking
events that will connect our community directly with talent
Develop and implement strategies that will drive the overall talent
acquisition process, quality of hiring, and time-to-fill goals
Create, manage, and monitor staffing needs, and management use of
staff as it relates to the requisition process
Create a branding strategy that incorporates the organization's
strategic plan to maximize the St. Ann's Community brand
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
and regulations with regard to talent acquisition
Maintain familiarity with the mission, objectives, organization and
staff of the assigned Business Units, including spending
appropriate time in the Business Unit work areas.
Provide effective functional and business partner support to
managers and staff
Partner with hiring managers with regards to their staffing
patterns, position control, and recruitment needs.
Reliable, dependable and effective in use of work time.
Demonstrate initiative and cooperation in professional working
relationships.
Comply with applicable organizational policies and procedures (e.g.
mandatory education, health requirement, HR requirements).
Demonstrate a commitment to quality through participation on
improvement teams & identifyingopportunities for improvement.
Work to improve performance relative to the system's organizational
goals.
Consistently deliver high quality service and counsel, being
responsive to customer needs.
Candidate Requirements:
Bachelors' Degree and a minimum of 5 years healthcare recruitment
experience.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required, preferably
Ceridian Dayforce
Strong online and social medial recruitment skills required
Strong research and networking skills required
