St. Ann's Community is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Assistant for the Human Resources Department of the St. Ann's Home located on the Portland Campus. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the HR Recruitment team with all aspects of recruiting functions.

    Owns the full-cycle talent acquisition process for St. Ann's Community

    Identify and implement sourcing strategies that will drive talent to open positions, creating a pipeline of qualified candidates.
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Develop and execute recruitment strategy by sourcing passive candidates
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Source, screen, interview, and recommend candidates for open roles
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Plan, manage, and attend both internal and external networking events that will connect our community directly with talent
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Develop and implement strategies that will drive the overall talent acquisition process, quality of hiring, and time-to-fill goals
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Create, manage, and monitor staffing needs, and management use of staff as it relates to the requisition process
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Create a branding strategy that incorporates the organization's strategic plan to maximize the St. Ann's Community brand
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations with regard to talent acquisition
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Maintain familiarity with the mission, objectives, organization and staff of the assigned Business Units, including spending appropriate time in the Business Unit work areas.
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Provide effective functional and business partner support to managers and staff
    
    
    
    
  • 
    
    Partner with hiring managers with regards to their staffing patterns, position control, and recruitment needs.
    
    
    
    
  •

    Candidate Requirements:
    
    
    
    
    • 
      
      
    • 
      
      Bachelors' Degree and a minimum of 5 years healthcare recruitment experience.
      
      
      
      
    • 
      
      Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems required, preferably Ceridian Dayforce
      
      
      
      
    • 
      
      Strong online and social medial recruitment skills required
      
      
      
      
    • 
      
      Strong research and networking skills required
