We believe our team members are the best in the business, and we will continue to recruit, retain, develop and reward our most important asset - our people!Job Description:Professional, Business Compliance, within the Root Cause Analysis team demonstrates leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to provide feedback within their team and across CoreLogic as a whole. They are expected to work collaboratively with the business unit partners and members of the department to analyze actions taken, identify opportunities for process improvements, trending/tracking issues, reporting, training, and continuous feedback to individuals, the team, and management.

  • Strong analytical reasoning skillsEssential Functions/Responsibilities
    • Review complaints by the line of business, and complete Root Cause Analysis to determine causal factors by preparing event timelines of account histories. Work in partnership with business unit partners on actions taken by the members of the team, and document where opportunities exist.
    • Track action items identified in the Root Cause Analysis process. Create and send reporting for action items to leadership and business partners. Trend errors for patterns and recommend refresher training, process improvements, or updates to the procedures based on trends. Hold monthly meetings with the leadership and business partners to discuss patterns and trends.
    • Deliver feedback to individual team members on observed opportunities. Partner with business unit partners to ensure team members have awareness of error type, where to locate information within procedures, and correct steps to complete the work to avoid the recurrence of the error.
    • Provide education to business unit partners related to error scenarios to ensure transparency on errors that are trends. Make recommendations to leadership when items warrant review for a remediation workout plan and may partner with leadership to develop workout plans.Job Qualifications:
      • High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
      • 3+ years of related work experience
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with client-facing experience
