ProAmpac is currently seeking a 2nd Shift QualityInspector for the Rochester, NY facility. Safety is our top priority and ProAmpac's culture is one of people first! • Understand and use quality assurance specifications, standard test procedures, blueprints/drawings, and other engineering specification
• Perform incoming inspections of materials and components
• Perform in-process quality control inspections and document results of tests/inspections
• Identify, segregate and label non-conforming product. Notify first/second shift and management of non-conforming product
• Maintain quality records as per documented procedures, including test data and retained samples. Communicate inspection findings with appropriate Quality, Production and Engineering personnel
• Assemble job books for production
• Perform quality inspections
  • • Associates degree preferred with a concentration in mathematics
    • Two to five years' experience in a manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • Prior quality experience in a similar role utilizing testing equipment, strongly preferredRequired
