No clientele needed, we have a host of clients that are looking for the right stylist for them.This position is for an experienced stylists with an eye for accuracy and a creative drive. Hair Stylist duties include consulting clients on hairstyling options, describing the benefits of different hair care products, and working with clients.Additionally, candidates need to be expert "people persons" to attract and retain long-term customers. This role requires good interpersonal and conversational skills. Candidates are expected to be team players while working in the salon and support their co-workers. We also offer advancement opportunities and will cover the costs of course-based skill training.Job Responsibilities: -

• Consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
• Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
• Shampooing, cutting, coloring, and highlighting hair.
• Acting as salespersons to upsell hair products to clients.
• Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure return visits.
• Adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
• Keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
• Bonus but not required: experience with waxing, lash lifting services.Job Requirements: -
  • Licensing from a cosmetology school.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Hair Stylist/colorist.
  • A wide pallet of styling and coloring techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good verbal communication.
  • Able to work a weekend day.
