The Role

The Revenue Management Analyst II will assist with the development and tracking of an overall strategy and management of the Re-Rate and Renewal programs, Churn, pricing rules and exclusion processes through market alignment, profitability programs and cost savings initiatives. They will facilitate Revenue Management leadership on data gathering, data integrity, Project Management and Global Program reporting with respect to the management of these programs.

The Main Responsibilities

  • A well-rounded, business analyst with strong commercial sense who can massage data to report on and track Revenue Management programs.
  • Will assist in administration of strategic plans and objectives to design, implement, and maintain global Re-Rate program: pricing rules, policies, product initiatives, TDM strategy, exclusion processes and churn.
  • Will assist in administration of strategic plans and objectives to design, implement, and maintain Renewal program: write-down parameters, policies, TDM strategy, and R4 automation (requirements).
  • Support activity to build connection between Re-Rates and Renewals; how do they intersect.
  • Actively participates or project manage on-going cost savings initiatives, focusing on profitability programs including margin recovery, customer conversion, and network retirement. Examples:
  • Billing/ order validation
  • ETL strategy/Policy
  • Credits and disputes- administration of policy
  • Product Evolution

Additional Responsibilities

  • Job Aide and policy document generation and maintenance.
  • Works closely with Revenue Management leadership as they interface with Strategic Planning and Transformation to support design and implementation of projects aimed at improving the quality of our data and to develop a reporting package on a global level.
  • Assists Director, Revenue Management to ensures market alignment with market-based pricing, product initiatives, re-rate and renewal initiatives.
  • Advocates Customer Success parameters and guidelines for renewal pricing.
  • Data mining and reporting: Develops data quality measurements and metrics dashboard to increase opportunity and scale.
  • Adheres to policy for managing credits and disputes.
  • Monitors and analyzes customer churn.
  • Requires extensive partnership with Finance, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Professional Bachelor's Degree or equivalent typically.
  • 2-4 year's experience or 0-1 years with a master's degree.
  • Knowledge in Business Management and Finance disciplines are necessary.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
