What does a great ATM Managed Services Client Executive
As a Client Executive with the ATM Managed Services team, you
can look forward to partnering with our largest and most complex
customers in Card Services. You will work closely with clients who
utilize our ATM products and technology to ensure they are
receiving the highest level of service, and effectively utilizing
our products to help them win with their customers. You will also
engage with various Fiserv product leaders to provide feedback and
bring complete solutions to our customers.
In this role you will develop broad knowledge of all of our
Fiserv solutions and become a leading contributor to the successful
acquisition and management of Fiserv's largest customers.
Continuous engagement with product management teams, development
teams, and with customer service and relationship management teams
will ensure success in building, developing and maintaining valued
and trusted relationships with the leadership of our largest
You can look forward to:
Proactively sells and manages the sales process for the ATM
Manages Services product line and partners with other Fiserv sales
teams, customers to drive business opportunities including add-on
sales, cross-sales, and/or upgrades
Delivering strong and polished sales presentations.
Generating deal pricing and partnering with our legal team
throughout contract process
Leveraging your ATM industry knowledge to propose solutions and
assist in representing Fiserv solutions to our clients.
- Acting as an advocate for large and complex clients in
representing their business needs to Fiserv's strategy
