Process Specialist / AQL Inspector

The Process Specialist/ AQL Inspector will support packaging of
aseptic products. This includes performing quality attribute (AQL)
inspection and completing investigations in a timely manner,
implementing effective Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA's)
and updating batch records and procedures.
Packaging floor support & performing AQL inspection
Leading packaging investigations
Troubleshooting equipment and processes
Writing / updating procedures and batch records
Processing change controls
- Capital project support
Attention to detail
A Bachelor's degree in science or engineering.
2-4 years of experience with packaging equipment in
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of
Correctable 20/20 vision
No color blindness
- Must NOT be allergic to penicillin
- Experience conducting investigations, determining root-causes
and developing solid corrective actions.
Expected to spend majority of time on the shop floor interacting
with packaging colleagues and front-line leaders.
Although this is a first-shift position, the selected candidate
will be required to work occasional evening/weekend/alternative
shifts to support packaging.
- This is a penicillin manufacturing facility. Any candidates
applying must NOT be allergic to penicillin
