The Arc Wayne and Ontario ARC is seeking to hire a full-time
Human Resources Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The
role of the Human Resources (HR) Assistant is to provide
administrative support in the recruitment, retention, and benefits

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS OUR HR ASSISTANT
As the HR Assistant, you develop and maintain positive
relationships will all internal and external customers, while
ensuring all applicants' concerns are addressed in a timely and
professional manner. You will complete and/or assist in the
day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department including
recruitment, onboarding, retention, benefits, and leave
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Three years office
experience, preferably in an HR office. Other combinations of
equivalent or greater education and experience may be
- Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft
Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organization, analytical and customer
- Prior experience in the administration of employee benefits,
recruitment and/or employee relations preferred.
- Prior experience in the Human Services field preferred.
The HR Assistant's schedule is Monday through Friday (8 a.m. to
