Temp Office / Dispatch Assistant - Manchester, NY--Kelly Services is looking for a temporary office / dispatch assistant for a distributor located in Manchester, NY.-- This is a temporary assignment that will go to (approximately) September, 2021.----Please note that the majority of the time, the dispatch assistant will not be in the regular office with the other staff. They will be located on the property, in a structure all to themselves. We are looking for someone who works well alone and can take initiative.--This is a Monday-Friday position, 40 hours a week with overtime opportunities. The hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM. Wage is between $14-$15/hour.------The assistant will fulfill the following duties:

• Assist with Google drive data entry in a timely manner
• Manage delivery schedules
• Communicate with drivers via dispatch system
• Light phone work
• Enter data into QuickBooks & Excel
• Other general administrative duties as needed--Requirements:
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Good computer skills
  • Must know Excel basics (formatting, copy, paste, sort, etc.)
  • QuickBooks Experience preferred but not necessary
  • Good Phone Skills
  • Superb Customer Service
  • Ability to learn things swiftly
  • Ability to multi task
  • Must be organized
