• Checking patients in and out of the Emergency Room
• Updating insurance information
• Data Entry

  • Medical ReceptionistPERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS:
    • Must be able to perform at a fast pace
    • Must be accurate in data entry (HIPPA)
    • Courteous to patients
    • Follow proper procedures of hospital/Dr./ERWORKENVIRONMENT:
      • ER: Could be very hectic - Dealing with frantic patients
      • Administration office - more of a receptionist environment
      • Potential to be bedside in patients room
      • Must becomfortablein an environment where they will have to work quickly and on their feet with a computer to make sure all information is inputted as quick as possibleHOURS:Full time overnight shift position, Monday-Friday, every other weekend and holidays.
