• The Industrial Engineer is responsible for leading continuous improvement initiatives, fostering a continuous improvement and putting standards in place for Reload Project.
• This individual will work closely with the Value Stream Leadership Teams and Engineering Team to identify and implement best practices for matrix Reload project Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Value Stream Leadership and Engineering Team to ensure there is an active pipeline of PPI projects aligned to business priorities, metrics and results.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve continuous improvement processes, practices and results.
  • Partner with Operations to ensure solutions are successfully implemented and are delivering intended results.
  • Take appropriate countermeasures as needed if results are not as expected.
  • Identify and pursue synergy opportunities across projects, issues and areas.
  • Lead/facilitate PPI projects as required.
  • Act as a Role Model Leader, with a positive mindset and a passion to achieve short- term and long-term goals.
  • Partner with other PPI Leaders internally and externally to share best practices.Skills & Qualifications:
    • BS or MS in Industrial Engineering and 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience
    • Experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment (co-ops acceptable)
    • Knowledge of time studies
