Description:Aerotek is working with an automotive company in
Rochester, NY to support hiring for their Mask Assembly Team.
Candidates will be supporting a major local employer in Rochester
to support a projectto make masks. Individuals will be responsible
for operating a Mask Making machinewhich includes: Performing high
volume and detailed repetitive assembly work with hands Meeting
production schedule and maintaining quality requirements
Maintaining workplace organization Preventing defects from passing
to the next process Being familiar with quality standards
Responding to work environment needs to meet production
schedule(machine downtime, incoming material defects, etc.)
Continually looking for waste & eliminate it Demonstrating
interpersonal skills to work effectively in a participative
teamenvironment Must be willing to rotate shifts as needed to
balance shifts This position is temporary in natureShifts (all are
Monday - Friday):1st: 6:00am - 2:00pm (16.67)2nd: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
