ABOUT THE JOB:The Regional Sales Associate (RSA) will report directly to the Regional or Market Sales Leader. The Regional Sales Associate will be responsible for ongoing operational support of Market Sales Leaders and Prestige Advisor Teams within a defined market or region. The RSA is dedicated to the Mass Affluent Market and will act as a trusted team member focusing on the day to day operational needs of the market sales force. By collaborating with their Advisor teams and Market Leaders, the RSA will ensure accurate sales reporting, appointment reporting and annual managed money reviews. This role will be critical in helping to support a mass affluent segment to our overall delivery model within the Bank.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:---Sales Reporting - build and maintain reporting files. Referrals / Plans - report is done daily toward the end of quarter and weekly during the quarter. Download Private Bank referrals out of tableau system / work with PB liaison to ensure correct and import them into the Referral / Plan Report---KIS Appointment Report - build and maintain reporting - Reporting tracks weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual #'s against goal by Branch, Retail Areas and overall market while also providing a look at trend in activity.---Managed Money Annual Review Reminders - Download report from Salesforce of all outstanding Annual Reviews that need to be done. Break out report into FA / AFA teams---New FA sales process training---Salesforce acumen, Money Guide Pro training, Lead Mgmt., GROW training for new advisors---Sales and operations resource specifically for newer FAs, Performance management, Preparing, maintaining, and distributing sales performance reports and Organization of and leadership in sales meetings---Assisting the Regional Sales Leader in the adoption and execution of key functions, priorities, and initiatives at the local level, Delegate certain escalation approvals---Stand in where necessary/appropriate when Market Leader or Regional Market Leader is unavailable---Assist with FA portfolio construction, PRD interactions, and partnership communication---Create / Maintain KIS District Listing and Retail Partners - requiring collaboration with Retail Admin to ensure location of licensed staff and report any moved to Licensing group.---Manage / Cleanup Sales Manager Que in NetEx making sure empty and accounts are assigned to the correct representatives.---Book of Business Maintenance (when reps are terminated or to help reps)---Annuity Rep Code Changes (when rep codes change or when employee is terminated the whole book)---HR Support: Maintenance of Open Positions, Process changes to positions (i.e.: Office title, office / hub location, etc.), Enter Goals and cascade them down to the appropriate positions, enter all HR Service Requests to fix any time online errors, Process employee terminations---Day to day office support - Sort incoming mail, open, re-package to send back out to the team. Maintain/Order office supplies. For FAs/AFAs/SLRMs/LRMs ensure files are set up correctly, business cards are in order, signage is correct, and voicemails and email signatures are set up correctly. Follow up and make changes to KeyCenter ID#'s as invalid report is sent from Service Center---Training / Meetings: Secure Space (if no internal space is available work with external facility to secure space), Send Calendar Invites / Follow up for acceptance, Communicate with all attendees any prework that is needed and ensure it is completed before the training, Create Agenda's, Sign in sheets, name tent cards and print/create folders for any materials being handed out.---Onboarding: Order computer and work with technology to ensure timely arrival, Order phone / make changes to phone line and work with tech to ensure done timely, Process requests for mobile access, WebEx Capabilities, Fed Ex Services, Mass Mailing to Book of Business when needed, Work with compliance officer to ensure letter is approved---Cost analysis to figure out if mailing directly is more cost efficient for company or using TRAC / RICHOC printer - based on this either upload the information to the printer system or create a mail merge list and do mailing directly---Offboarding: Ensure we have computer equipment and process shipment to procurement group Ensure we have office keys, company credit cards, Process HR online termination and terminate all access, Work with phone tech to have voicemail password reset and message placed on phone., Email back office group of termination with effective date, reason why and what to do with book., Download NetEx book to start working through where accounts will go---Blue Sky Violations - follow up to ensure that responses are timelyREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:---Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required with equivalent work experience considered.---3+ years' experience in securities supervisory/compliance activity within a brokerage or bank-based brokerage firm.---Must have strong organizational, verbal, written communication skills, including the ability to be comfortable working for and receiving instructions from several team members.---Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).---Ability to be flexible and work diplomatically in team environment and the ability to quickly assimilate and use other programs, processes and procedures with minimal to moderate instruction is necessary.---Highly organized individual with a penchant for strong judgement, accuracy, the capability to balance multiple priorities and the ability to perform at a high standard in a fast-paced environment.---Preferred Licenses: FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, 65 or 66 and applicable state life and health insurance license.FLSA STATUS:KeyCorp is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer committed to engaging a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
