Job Description:
Controller Rochester, NYFull-time, Direct-hireFTS has teamed up
with a growing organization to help find a Controller. This is a
full-time direct-hire position that is needed immediately. Main
responsibilities include, assisting with monthly-close process,
generating financial reports, and maintaining all internal
controls.Job Requirements:Key Duties & Responsibilities:* Prepare
monthly financials* Managing costs across entire organization*
Ensure appropriate accounts payable coding* Review and approve
payroll* Managing various accounting and financial management
functions* Oversee reconciliations to ensure accuracy * Manage
monthly close processQualifications:* Bachelor's degree in
Accounting* CPA preferred * Minimum of 4 years experience in a
Senior Accounting role* Advanced excel skills* Familiarity with ERP
systems* Team player* Effective communicator* Positive attitude
