Job Description:

Adecco is currently looking for forklift certified--Material Handlers who will be responsible for general handling of work such as loading and unloading trucks, loading, moving and unloading material within or between departments, moving stacking or placing storage bins within departments of receiving areas. Uses material handling equipment such as hand trucks, tow motors, forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.RESPONSIBILITIES:* Follow--all safety process and procedures in accordance with the job and Company policy* Move--materials to workstations and/or staging areas per the ERP system process flow instructions* Load--and unload--material onto or from trucks, pallets, racks and shelves and location logged in ERP system* Load--materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit* Convey--materials to or from storage or work sites to designated area using forklift, tow motor or other devices* Insures all activity involving moving material or product is entered in ERP system accurately* Assist in Inventory Cage when necessaryREQUIREMENTS:* High School Diploma/ (GED) with 2-3 years material handling experience* Tow motor and stand-up, stacker fork lift experience and current certification with experience within the last year required* Ability to work under pressure, with tight deadlines and restraints* Good computer skills are necessary and use of an ERP system experience preferred* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records
