The Department of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation in Rochester, Minnesota is seeking five full-time Physiatrists to join a highly-skilled, multidisciplinary team of physicians, physical therapists and occupational therapists.

We are seeking innovative, consumer-savvy, transformational candidates for academic positions with interest in clinical practice, education and research. We are interested in performance-focused, strategic physicians at any point in their career and are open to considering any subspecialist or those with a broad practice interest. Intrinsic strong passion to not only commit to transforming traditional methods of care delivery, but also leading in distinctly different, more consumer-focused novel approaches (i.e. platform delivery, AI, technology, etc.)

Our large and diverse practice is comprised of 45 physicians, 4 full-time researchers, and over 300 physical and occupational therapists covering a multitude of clinical practices. We have a brand new 36-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility, built in 2019, boasting many cutting-edge technologies allowing for us to provide exceptional care for our patients with state-of-the-art equipment. We staff 17 unique outpatient and procedural clinics along with 5 consult services spanning our 2 hospitals. We have an outstanding PM&R residency program with 24 of the brightest learners with the unique opportunity to train the next generation of physiatrists. Our research shield is high performing and constantly growing with external funding along with research opportunities sponsored by our department. Our multi-faceted department is high performing in clinical practice, education, and research and we are looking for physicians wanting to help us to propel the field of physiatry to the next level.
