This entry-level role is essential in ensuring the high-quality finishing of our stone and tile products. Key Responsibilities Polish stone, tile, and other surfaces to achieve a smooth, high-quality finish. Use hand tools, grinders, and polishing equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect materials for imperfections and ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with moving and positioning materials as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Perform additional tasks as assigned. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Comfortable working in a hands-on, physical environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to different polishing techniques. Qualifications No prior experience required—on-the-job training provided! High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 50 lbs). Comfortable working in a production or warehouse setting. Work Environment & Physical Demands Hands-on work in a manufacturing/production setting. Exposure to dust, noise, and various environmental conditions. Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and using hand tools.
