Exciting new opportunity to join a leader in the technology industry! We are currently interviewing for Technology Support Technicians for our client located on the east side of Rochester. If you are a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on training and consider yourself to be "techy" this opportunity is for you!

Technology Support Technician
Pay Rate: $18-$19/hr.
Shift: A Shift - -Monday- Friday 8:30 am - 5:15 pm
Type: Contract to Hire

General Description:

• 
  
• Run software updates on network equipment such as smartphones, tablets, and routers.
  
• Perform functional testing, software image load, and user-level configuration of various IT platforms and Operating Systems.
  
• Testing for battery life and connectivity.
  
• Installing apps on Smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.
  
• Basic understanding of automated process functions.
  
  
  Work Experience Requirements:

  • Written and Verbal communication with emphasis on following process is essential.
    
    Education Requirements:
    
    
    • 
      
    • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
