Department and team-focused projects account for approximately 80% of your schedule. You'll spend the other 20% on professional development sessions and networking activities including a Kickoff Conference on June 1, webinars, executive speaker series, community service, cross-functional project, and final presentation.Our internships are designed to provide you:

This is where you come in.Your role as a Customer Operations Intern will offer experience in:
  • Developing software requirements to boost efficiency and increase business productivity
  • Documenting user methods and procedures to preserve crucial customer activity information
  • Analyzing systems to identify points of improvement and generating solutions to elevate performance
  • Learning the functionality of Task Management System, the Billing Automation Team's area of responsibility, and use SQL and C# to improve processes, run reports, gather metrics and create jobsHERE'S WHAT IT TAKES TO GET STARTEDSkills and experience required for this role include:
    • Basic understanding of the following: Databases, tables, schemas and structures and ability to code using T-SQL, PL-SQL, and C# Git repository familiarity
    • Ability to travel locally to Spectrum Intern development events and activities throughout the program
    • Ability to work 100% in office
    • Analytical skills
    • Verbal and written skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Advanced Excel)
    • Project and time management skills
    • Works well in a team environment or independently
