Purpose:

• Manage the overall software content and deliverables for Office multi-function devices and printers sourced from OEM suppliers.
• Interact and work closely with cross-functional development teams and quality assurance functions to clearly communicate product requirements and be able to present tradeoffs to Program Team as necessary to drive towards desired outcome of launching new products.
• Manage and various Forums (QRB, Sunrise, CCB, etc.) to quickly prioritize and disposition software defects to development and delivery teams as required.
• Act as the lead technical interface to OEM suppliers/Internal development teams for software requirements, delivery planning, and problem resolution. Coordinate print driver deliveries, language translation, documentation and third party certifications.
• Participate in quarterly software checkpoint reviews and Program TFE reviews to Senior Management, LOB, and Key Stakeholders.
  Qualifications:
  • BS or MS in Computer Science / Engineering, Software Engineering, or other related Engineering field.
  • Experience with design, development, and debug of complex embedded software systems.
  • Experience with Project Management Tools and Practices (requirements mgmt, risk mgmt).
  • Excellent organization and communication skills (written / verbal).
  • Able to balance priorities under time/schedule constraints and take initiative to achieve desired results.
  • Must have strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Able to establish strong working relationships with individuals and teams across different geographies.
  • Willing to travel as required to meet program objectives, including international travel.
