Our leading manufacturing client is currently seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team in Rochester, NY! This position is a day shift and comes with a full suite of benefits, PTO plan and more!

Salary: $52,000 - 72,000
Type: Direct Hire
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Responsible for machining of hot half manifold components, multi-axis surface machining of cavity block impressions -and CNC programming
  
• Utilize Mastercam 2021
  
• Read and interpret blueprints and use gages and measuring instruments to meet tight tolerance requirements
  
• Cross collaborate with engineers to ensure proper files are issued
  
  Job Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • High School Diploma, required
    
  • A.S. Degree in Technical discipline, desired
    
  • 5 or more years of experience -reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
    
  • Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid
    geometry and trigonometry
    
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited
    
  • Proficiency in Mastercam
    
  • Experienced in CNC machining, and programming, required
    
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and use gages and measuring instruments to meet tight tolerance requirements
