Position Objective: Conduent is a business services firm with a focus on high-profile, high-threat private and public-sector customers who demand experience and proven security models to protect their data. We are seeking an experienced Compliance Management System Support Resource who has experience with SharePoint and Power BI development across an enterprise. The Compliance Monitoring Center (CMC) focuses on helping the organization look deeper and see further into the security of the environment to help improve and embed controls across the company. This individual will support the Compliance Management System, including updates to the underlying Critical Control Framework, as well as updates and on-going maintenance to the SharePoint site, Power BI dashboards, and all ancillary system components. Job Responsibilities: Manage and support the overall SharePoint Online solution, including all implemented sites, pages, lists, libraries, and backend components Manage and support the following: + SharePoint Designer list workflows and Microsoft Flow workflows + Microsoft Power Apps customized forms + Microsoft Power Automate system components + Customized Microsoft Office 365 system components + Customized system integration components + Data and solution migration as part of the SDLC + Perform any other duties as assigned by Conduent management. Minimum Qualifications: 8+ years of related experience within the development and on-going maintenance of SharePoint Online, Power BI dashboards, and all ancillary system components. In depth knowledge of SharePoint Online - working with lists and document libraries In depth knowledge of the following: + Microsoft SharePoint Designer + Microsoft Power Apps + Microsoft Flow + Microsoft Power Automate + Microsoft Power BI + Microsoft Excel in Office 365 + Microsoft Visual Studio + Fluent Pro Fluent Books In depth understanding of web development essentials - JavaScript, HTML, CSS In depth understanding of Microsoft Office 365 development essentials - VSTO, VBA In depth understanding of SharePoint Online programmability and extensibility features - JSOM, REST APIs, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) In depth understanding of enterprise reporting data model/data warehouse design & development and experience utilizing OData data sources In depth understanding of front-end enterprise dashboard and report design Experience in IT controls for regulatory and compliance requirements like CIS, SOX, HIPAA, HITRUST, SSAE 16 - SOC 1 & SOC 2, PCI, NIST, ISO 27001 & ISO 27002 is a plus. Flexibility to travel up to 20% or as required. Education & Certifications Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or related discipline.
