POSITION: Software Support Technician, full-time
What you will be doing

• Use telephone and desktop sharing software to install & support our PC based software
• Provide customer support on incoming phone calls and emails.
• Diagnose the accuracy of data used in customer estimates.
• On-board new customers.
• Keep track of customer data using Salesforce--- CRM.
• Assist in the creation of training documentation & video curriculum.
• Test new software versions.

    Must Haves
    • Excellent verbal skills - no fear of the phone.

    • Ability to work with customers and deliver positive outcomes.
    • Windows knowledge and computer skills.
    • Bachelor's degree or two or more years of support experience.
      Even better if you have:
      • Previous success in technical support.
      • Blueprint reading and/or CAD skills.
