Description Robert Half is seeking a Payroll Clerk to join the dynamic, fast-growing team. In this position, you will support the Payroll department in a variety of duties, including data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. You should have the ability to communicate effectively with both the internal team and outside customers.   Distribute and administer reports as instructed

  Communicate with organization employees via a variety of channels to obtain approvals of timesheets
  
  
• 
  Perform basic clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc

  Craft and deliver training to employees on the use of proper payroll practices, including timesheet entry and online methods of accessing pay statements
  
  
• 
  Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system
  
  
• 
  Compile data into spreadsheets and the payroll system
  
  
• 
  Build and run custom reports Requirements - Skillful in learning new processes and systems
  
  
• 
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• 
  Previous payroll experience
  
  
• 
  Prior Payroll software experience preferred
  
  
• 
  Accurate, swift, data entry abilities
  
  
• 
  Foundational knowledge in Coding Invoices
  
  
• 
  Proficiency in Payable Invoices
  
  
• 
  Accounts Payable (AP) experience
  
  
• 
  Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Payroll
  
  
• 
  High attention to detail and possesses excellent organizational and writing skills
  
  
• 
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must
